Need help with a PolyTake event? These quick checks solve most connection and recording issues.

Another iPhone cannot find the event

Keep both iPhones unlocked and close together. Make sure Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are enabled, and allow Local Network access for PolyTake in iOS Settings.

Camera or microphone is unavailable

Open iOS Settings, choose PolyTake, and allow Camera and Microphone access. These permissions are only used while recording an event.

Restore a purchase

Open Account in PolyTake and choose Restore purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple and must use the same Apple Account that made the original purchase.
